We were put in the basement room , the carpet is dusty, the beds smell like molds, i had bed bug bites, the food is fresh staffs are accommodating but the room could have been a little more cleaner, they couldve dust off the place or spray for termites

The location was perfect. It was on a major road so it's quite accessible when you're commuting yet it is still quaint and relaxing. Staff was amazing and helpful.
